Associated Tube Canada (ATC), a division of Samuel Manu-Tech Inc., is a leading North American manufacturer of Specialty Engineered Tubing solutions. Operating at one location of 200,000 square feet, ATC has the capability to manufacture in excess of 200 million feet of welded stainless steel and high nickel tube annually.

Fifty years of experience manufacturing welded and welded and cold-drawn stainless steel tubing is reinforced by a commitment to strong product development, manufacturing and metallurgical support.  

Accredited to ISO/ TS 16949:2002 and PED, ATC has established a reputation providing cost-effective solutions in a variety of size/wall configurations and stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and nickel alloys.  ATC has extensive expertise in the manufacture of non-round shapes and profiles, many manufactured to proprietary designs.

ATC’s Product Development Team partners with our customers’ Engineering Teams to deliver innovative solutions for automotive, power generation, HVAC, fluid power, petro-chemical, medical, pharmaceutical,  food, beverage, oil and gas recovery and recreational applications.

ATC assures reliability in the manufacture, packaging and transportation of welded stainless steel tube and pipe in straight lengths up to 100 feet and coils up to 25000 feet.  Product is available as-welded, welded and bead hammered, cold drawn, bright annealed, annealed and pickled, O.D. conditioned, or polished.

An extensive range of sizes and shapes, with diameters from 3/16” to 6-5/8”, having wall thicknesses from .012” to .250” can be produced on our continuous roll-form welding mills.  Products are also available in metric sizes.

Specialized cutting, end-finishing, annealing, honing, polishing, and cleaning is available.  Packaging can be designed to meet our customers’ requirements.  Inline non-destructive testing, and laser measurement backed by an on-site metallurgical laboratory assures superior product reliability.

ATC has extensive expertise in the manufacture of cold-drawn tube, with the ability to maintain precise tolerances and mechanical properties. High quality I.D. micro-finishes in light and heavy wall configurations are available to meet customer requirements.
